Note: Deadline for Draft Paper Submission extended to May 15,2011 

Prospective authors are required to submit a draft paper about 2000 words in English, including the paper title, author name, a concise abstract (less than 40 words), and text with at least one figure and reference. The cover page should include author address , phone, fax numbers and email. The draft paper should be sent to the Technical Program Committee and submitted online at http://www.radar2011.org/submit. After receiving the notification of acceptance, authors required to submit full papers in two columns for IEEE publication (Paper Template download) and no more 4 pages before 1 August, 2011 by electronic submission through conference website.

 Radar 2011 conference uses a conference management system (CMS) for papers
submission. Please  submit the paper by the following 4 steps:
   ◆ Please click http://www.radar2011.org/submit/author/submit.php to open CMS system, you will be asked to input your information (author names, affiliation, post address, phone number, fax number and Email address);
   ◆ input paper title, select suitable topic area (like A、B、C、D or E), and select preferred paper category (Oral or Poster);
   ◆ Upload your paper, and get a paper ID;next time you will use the paper id to login the CMS to edit you paper information,update your paper and so on.
   ◆ Logout CMS system, then you will receive a confirmation Email if your
submission succeeds.
Authors may update the submitted papers before May 1, 2011 by the paper ID on the CMS system. The submitted papers will be reviewed and selected by the Technical Program Committee. Authors will receive the
notification of paper acceptance before June 15, 2011. Each paper should have one author pre-registered before August 15, and presented it in Radar
2011.
