Invitation Letter for Visa Application

For any foreign participant to the conference who needs an invitation letter for applying Chinese visa 

Note that registration must be made before requesting an invitation letter.

 

For  oversea  authors only!

Radar 2011 conference is ready to help all authors to get a Formal Invitation Letter and to apply the visa to China. Please do it as following:

1.      download  this file below  ( To help the visa application.doc ).
2.      Fill in your basic information on the “Basic Information of Visitor” form;
3.      Scan the first page of your passport （with your photo）into image and insert it in this word file;
4.     Write a schedule of your trip in China;
5.     Rename this file with your paper id ( For example: if your paper id is 343 ,this file should be named as 343.doc)  and then send it to radar2011@126.com
       After we receive above information, we will send the Formal Invitation Letter to you by 2--3 weeks.
